In such trying times, the education of their children may take a backseat due to financial constraints. Students apply for such grants and their applications are vetted by several Regimental Associations. Project Veer works in coordination with these associations to shortlist the right beneficiaries. Grants are usually awarded on a yearly basis upon checking the results of the student’s previous academic year results. Grants are awarded not only for these children to complete the primary, secondary education but also to undergo professional courses in fields like Engineering, Medical, MBA, Hotel Management etc.
Educational grants not only benefit the children but also empower war widows by giving them the means to secure a better future for their families.
